I am getting no response for my orders from Ecom Express even though it has reached the nearest hub and it is providing fake information that it attempted delivery and was unsuccessful but the truth is that they didn't even try to contact me. Now they don't have any customer care as well. I wanted my order on time and it was urgent. I am now facing so many issues due to this.
The sites that are using Ecom Express as their delivery partner are Tata Cliq and Decathlon from where I ordered my products. However Decathlon didn't provide me with any AWB number for tracking. On the other hand Tata Cliq AWB numbers are as follows: AWB No: [protected]

On 9th October 2023, I had raised my complaint to the respected websites customer cares(i.e. Tata Cliq and Decathlon) but the wrong information and an unnecessary delay in delivery is provided by Ecom Express that too without any reason provided by them and no customer care services are available due to which I am struggling right now.
