[Resolved] Ecom Express — Delayed delivery beyond TAT | |
My parcel with AWB [protected] shiped on 5th Sep'21 yet not delivered after repeated follow up. Not responding to my grievance. It is informed that Delivery centre has some "internal issue"/"Covid-19 issue" But this are false statement since delivery centre is within my 4 KM radius and there is no such Covid issue in that area. So, I request from this plateform to delivery the parcel at earlier. Its already 13 th day!! Not seen such pathetic service like Ecom express. Was this information helpful? | |
