[Resolved] Ecom Express — delayed in delivery | |||||
I have not received my product yet. As promised i should have get it yesterday but ecom is lying that they have not received my product from the sender while the sending party have allready sent it. And they are sending me the report that my parcel is picked up by ecom.. I talked with the ecom express customers service and they are not even giving me any proper answer. Without contacting me by call or reaching house, the delivery boy make the mark undelivered.I got the msg that the product is undelivered on 1 st attempt.why the delay?people don't have much time. Not a good attitude of service.Awb no.[protected]

same here, at least they tried to send you the product, for me I didn't even recieved anything and got the messge that the items has been deliver.
