Ecom Express — Delivery agent from Ecom Express took extra products and Myntra didn't receive those products so they are not giving refund

I have returned below mentioned 3 products on 9th June:
1. M.A.C Longwear Tansfer Proof Lip Liner Pencil - Soar 1.45g Size 1-2 ML
2. Lemon & Pepper Gold Toned Solid Kitten Heels Size: 38
3. Voylla Cubic Zirconia-Studded & Beaded Jewellery Set Size: OneSize

But I didn't get refund of 2nd and 3rd items. I got messages from 2 companies Ecom Express and Ekart Logistics to return the product and I have returned products to Ecom Express. Below is the contact no. of pickup person: Mobile No: [protected] I have called multiple times Myntra customer care but everytime they raise a ticket for me and then close it. I have shared all information with myntra customer support but still they are not taking any action and they are saying we can't do anything now further because we didn't receive products so we can't give you refund. I have returned product from my end now I don't even have product as well as refund. I am attaching messages which I received from Ecom Express for the pickup and Ekart as well. I have called pickup person also, he said he has already sent all 3 items to myntra.

On 8th June:
I got message from both Pickup Companies(Ekart Logistics as well as Ecom Express)June Since I was out of town so i couldn't return product and I got pickup failed message
On 9th June:
I got message from Ecom Express around 8 AM. Since in message only Order Number was mentioned(not product name which is very confusing) and I couldn't find order number on product. When I went to return products ideally even if I am returning wrong products still agent will inform that this particular product needs to be returned(Usually when I return products they check tags and scan it infront of me then only take products) but this time agent took all 3 products and he just checked all products infront of me that tags are intact or not. He took extra items on top of that he said these 3 products only needs to be returned.
Later around 10 AM agent from Ekart Logistics came(for which I didn't get any message that day) and asked for products I mentioned to him that i have already returned products to Ecom Express agent then he updated the status to pickup failed and even he came on 10th June also since I didn't have products so again he updated pickup failed.
I called Ecom Express agent multiple times he said he has scanned items in system and he has already sent them further, before sending he called me saying if I want he can give me my products back but I thought if scanning is done that means myntra has given them option to pick all 3 products.
In between all these I never got confirmation message that my products are picked, not even a single confirmation message. On top of all these I got my money back for 1 of the product but not remaining 2 products.
Now in all of this i don't have product as well as money, why should I bear complete loss. A company shouldn't connect with this kind of logistics and they should take fine from logistic not me because I have returned my products, there is no proper customer support, no proper action taken, only simply saying that 'we can't do anything about it' won't resolve my issue. Going forward how can I trust a company like this.

I have raised complaint against myntra in consumer court 3 times but they are closing my complaint by saying that since they didn't receive products so they won't give refund.
