Ecom Express — delivery agent update wrong tracking updates

The above order was going to be delivered on 10th of october however, i didn't received any call from delivery agent regarding this order till now.

This was supposed to be a gift for my father and grand father so please don't cancel the order or create a new order.

I got to know that ecom express people never attempted the delivery and they are updating the false updates regarding the order.

I already contacted you before but nothing happened.

Please help me.

Dear sir. My AWB no [protected] product reach in my order destination but they unable to deliver due to OTP. As product is prepaid and I have not received any OTP from your end. Everyday I am talking with customer care but still unsolved. Please sir send me the OTP or make a option so that I can receive my product.
