My Order ID is NYK[protected] with the AWB number [protected]. I was highly humiliated and disappointed with the delivery service since I was constantly asked to pay twice even after doing the first payment.The delivery boy asked me to talk with one of his colleagues named as “Anshul” who was continuously using harsh words and lacked decency on communication. I was frightened and felt threatened with Anshul’s verbal behaviour which further lead to a crowd in the area I live nearby. Please do the needful.
