We have ordered a product and we have recieved the wrong product instead of original product so we have requested for return and they have initiated the pickup but the pickup boy said that we have changed the product and he will register a complaint against us...And he is saying that he will not update the status of product as return pickup had completed so that we cannot receive the refund of product...He is calling for no reason and mesaaging in whatsup and trying to talk unnecessary things...
