Ecom Express — Delivery delay and no response

Hello my name is Vijay.
I ordered food colors from meesho app and the supplier is Papilon.
The product was shipped on 9th April and it reached in Bhiwandi at 11th April but after that no update or delivery till date in mumbai.

Meesho app -

Ecom Express -
Tracking no - [protected]

Please check as the customer support number never worked and customer care is also automated as they always copy paste same message but no real resolution till date.
All my other parcels reached which i ordered after that date from other states from different apps and couriers but this is stuck badly with no response at all.
