Ecom Express — Delivery delayed and order status not updated

I have ordered an mi phone from the mi website on February 20.The item was shipped on 25th February. The expected delivery date shown by the Ecom express was 2nd February. The order has not been delivered yet. When i raised complaint i have been told, the pandemic situation. Its been two weeks since the shipment date. Other companies like bluedart, amazon are still delivering orders in much better time. Should i have to wait for a month to get the delivery done for a shipment from banglore to kochi. That is pathetic. Order status has never been updated. Really disappointed😞.
