Ecom Express — Delivery delayed and unresponsive agent

I have placed an order on Nykaa with details being:-
Order ID: NYK[protected]
Order Placed On Monday, 24th Jul 2023
Delivery Partner: EcomExpress
AWB Number: [protected]
I was supposed to receive the order on 30th of July. I received another package that was supposed to be delivered on the same date via Delhivery but somehow Ecom didn’t deliver mine calling it an address issue. All the previous orders to the same address have been properly shipped, while I call the agent he VERY nonchalantly says it doesn’t come under their “area” and asked me to come to their “area” and take the package from him. He says my order would be cancelled otherwise. Everyday there have been updates saying delivery was tried but it failed and customer isn’t reachable but not once did anybody from Ecom contact me. Why are they updating lies? Why am I supposed to put up with this lack of proper function while all I want is my order to be delivered? It’s been 3 days and now it says OFD lock applied gurugam ggn which I’ve no idea what it means. What’s with the false updates and lock? Why are they causing me so much stress and mental agony over a package?
