Ecom Express — Delivery Executive Misbehaving and purposefully trying to create nuisance for customer | |||
Hi, I am writing this complaint with so much grief as Ecom Express is trying to mentally harass me by not delivering my package and not taking any action against the delivery executive who has been reluctant on not delivering my package for unknown reasons. I have tried contacting the customer care multiple times but they take no action and keep saying it will get resolved in 24 hours while already 84 hours has been past since the product was out for delivery. Today they are telling because the address is incorrect and I am unreachable the delivery executive is unable to deliver. While this is completely a false information, I am home 24x7 and I have been trying to contact him since 31st May. Ecom Express has taken 5 hours of my productive life and mentally harassed me of my energy. I recommend all the companies to never opt for their service as they are incompetent and very rude.
