Ecom Express — Delivery issues with ecom express | |
I am having a pre-paid order AWB number [protected]. The product held at DC since 22nd October 2021 without any delivery attempt was made. As on 30th October the status shown as Shipment Un-delivered delivery attempt to be made. Even it was showing Out of delivery on 23rd October 2021 without any delivery attempt or contacted for delivery and shown as Un-delivered can't be delivered. It's not the first time I'm facing such issues with ecom express. deliverydont give any request to reshdule the delivery but the site shown delivery is reschdule as per customer request I feel this like earlier from this service So request to take neccessary steps to improve their service...
