Hello sir, my name is mohammed arbaz i am from bathalapalli, anantapur (Dist). I face a problem with ecom express service of dharmavaram station. It is a distance of my place to dharmavaram is 13km, but your ecom express company members are very negligenced on delivery orders, they cannot call or any response from them. I also fire on them but they didn't respond, they are updated fake information i attach a file to you. Ex:they delayed my order on customer service even they can't call.
