Ecom Express — Delivery not done for 3 days

This is regarding AWB [protected]. We are at home only yet the status says customer refused delivery. No attempt has been made to deliver. Yet status shows that they have tried delivering 3 times. Yesterday somebody called and asked for location when I told they said it’s too far and they will deliver today. Again delivery has not been done today. Please ensure that the delivery is done ASAP
