Ecom Express — Delivery not received yet ofd lock applied since last 2 days

And my order was shipped on 26rd April and i didn't receive any call or the delivery person was not brought to my address and it has been 2 days that my order is in ofd lock.. From last 2 days they are just telling me that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours but no action has been taken yet.
Please help me.
