My order "Acarpet Brown Acrylic Carpet" (ordered on Jan 19, 2022) was supposed to be delivered by Jan 29, 2022. It been 5 days and no progress has been made till date.

The customer care executives don't seem to corporate either. They first told me (on Jan 29, 2022) that order will be delivered within 24-48hrs. Then Ecom Express rescheduled my delivery date and told me that issue will be resolved in 5 days till Feb 3, 2022. Now, they again want me wait for 5 more days without giving any logical explanation.
Tracking ID shows that Product has arrived at the nearest Courier Facility by Jan 25, 2022 itself. It's been 10 days and still no delivery attempts have been made since then. Tracking bar has been stuck at "Out for Delivery" since last 5 days (since Jan 29, 2022).
I just want to cancel my order and get my refund. Earlier the Platform used to show Cancel option. Today when I told customer care executive that I don't want any further delays and just want to cancel the order, since then "Cancel" button has been replaced by "Return" button. Forgery isn't it?
"How can a product be returned if delivery hasn't been made till date?"
Everything seems suspicious here. Customer Care Executives keeps on providing either incomplete or manipulated information. Ecom is delaying the delivery date day by day. No refund no cancellation either.
Ecom Express seems to trick customer by delaying the delivery date and then tamper with Tracking Status so that customer can't even take back their refund for the online payment already been made.
