Ecom Express — Delivery payment was prepaid although they ask for payment

My delivery payment rs.425 was prepaid but during delivery the delivery boy took payment from one of my family member. actually i was out of the house when the order came and my family member didn't know that the amount was prepaid and the delivery boy ask for the payment so they gave rs 425 to him. he don't even send me message that your order is reaching. this is my worst experience with ecom express.
