Ecom Express — Delivery slow

I'm complaining about two times already my goods coming by your service, and then i'm getting sms that delivery was unsuccessful and i'm getting my goods 2-3 days latter? Why? All these days i was at home and nobody was coming with goods, nobody was calling that they near my door. Whenever they lazy to come they making report -delivery was unsuccessful. What is that??
