Ecom Express — Delivery withheld and no outcome for complaints

Ive been complaining about delivery of a package that was sent on 31st Jul. Even after calling up customer service more than 8 times over 5 days, they are yet to deliver the AWB Number:[protected]. The website does not information and every time i call up, the response is to wait for 24hrs. its been more than 20 days since despatch and its at the delivery point for more than 5 days being held for no reason. they also update wrong status saying that the consignee asked for future delivery - which is a plain white lie.
