Ecom couriers were coming to my address till 27 feb 2022
but a parcel with awb number [protected] was delivered on 27 feb but delivery person Updated the status not delivered customer refused even i paid 500 rs for the parcel and he updated the status as undelivered.
i want to return the product but waiting for the status to be updated i called customer support 8 times.
and there more parcels they are misrouting each parcel for my address.
i contacted 8 times to ask them when the parcel will be delivered but they are rude and unprofessional always disconnect the call in between everyone is worst
i never faced this type of customer support executives.
