Hi,

I have not received the earphone that has been couriered more the one month ago. I have approached to the ecom express customer care multiple times on ([protected]) but always i get response from there that wait for 24 to 48 hours. I have not get any response from ecom express till now.

Please help to get the proper information regarding my product delivery for tracking number - [protected]
