My delivery( Tracking ID[protected] ) by Ecom express has been pending since 2 days. They didn’t even bother to contact and inform me about the status of the shipment. As the payment for the item has been paid in advance, it is a matter of serious concern for me. Please help me out. Was this information helpful? | |

Whenever I try to track the shipment at the end of the day they say Shipment attempted - Residence/Office closed, but the fact they didn’t even contacted me for the delivery. Such a pathetic service.
