[Resolved]  Ecom Express — didn't got my order delivered but in the tracking information it's been showing that my order has been delivered

Address: Katihar, Bihar, 855105

My order number is s[protected] and it has not been received by anyone in my family and friends or neither by me but in the tracking information it's been showing that my order has been delivered my tracking number for my order is[protected]... Please help me it's really urgent for me to have my order... Your delivery man called me day before yesterday to ask about my delivery address... And after knowing about my delivery address he promised me to deliver it by 6th of january 2019... But he failed to do that... More whole despite of being non delivered in tracking info it's been showing that my order has been delivered

I am haider from Hardoi, UP i order a product which is prepaid having the 2 days of return window, courier boy marked it as delivered without delivering it to me as a result, finally when i got product return window had beeb expired, i would have to return that, my money had gone to dustbin...
