Ecom Express — Didn't received product, but received message of package delivered

Today, As I was busy I can't attend the call of delivery person. He asked me to share delivery otp to deliver the product at my neighbourhood, I gave him my neighbours phone number but he didn't contacted them. And after few minutes, I received message of order delivered, but I dint received it.
