our prodect, which we have ordered through Flipkart, has reached our nearest distribution point.
Today morning I received a phone call from the delivery Point. He tells us to go to the delivery center then collect goods from there.
Flipkart guarantees that you will deliver the ordered goods to the address we provided.
Then when we tracked Ecom Express website, the updated information was incorrect. updated status was "Shipment un-delivered Shipment attempted - Customer not available"
We are at home all the time.We talked when he phoned. then why they updating "that Customer not available". this is very bad things. and bad experience from flipkart.
