[Resolved] Ecom Express — Ecom Courier package stuck for 16 days ( rto lock applied )

Hi,
A courier package shipped through Ecom express ( awb - [protected]) is stuck from 7 March.
Till now it was showing ofd lock applied and now it's showing Shipment RTO Lock - 77.
I want this courier to be shipped back to the seller.
