Ecom Express — Ecom delivery @pavagada is not attempting to deliver product instead they just update it as delivery attempted

Ecom Delivery based out of pavagada 572116 is updating it as attempted to deliver and customer is not available and this is really a concern and this is done for multiple orders. They also ask us to travel 5km to collect orders and they are not ready to deliver to home. I request you to take action on this and if they can not deliver it they can deny taking order and there are many delivery partners who can deliver.
