Ecom Express — Ecom Express Delay in services | |||
I have opened a bank account on NiyoX bank(Partnered with Equitas). And I have scheduled for full KYC on 18th August 2021. KYC partner is ECOM Express. On the 18th the ECOM Express called me and said that he will not come on that he will come on the next day. And again on 19th August, he had done the same thing. He is doing this every day since the 30th of August, 2021. Today is 25th October, today also I scheduled KYC but no agent did not come even no one called me. So, now I am very much frustrated. My KYC should be done by tomorrow or 26th October for sure.
