Ecom Express — Ecom Express keeps changing my delivery status to Consignee refused delivery | |||
Ecom Express keeps changing status of my order to consignee requested for future delivery. I have been contacting customer care for last 5 days, but they are unable to track where my parcel is. They keep telling me i have requested for future delivery but I have made no such request to them. I even asked them to provide me with managers number so i can go self collect, but they gave me an incorrect number. My parcel has been out for delivery twice, and evrytime by end of day they change my status and insist I am the one who rescheduling. Was this information helpful? | |||
