Thank you for responding... There were two orders which were not being delivered but after I lodged a written complaint here one of them has been delivered the very next day... but the other one is still pending... On my Shopee.in purchase page the status of that order changed right after I posted a comment here from 'RTO to Parcel arrived at station' but on the e.com express tracking page it is showing 'Order cancelled'... Neither the Shopee seller did that (he told me that in a message) nor did, I cancel it... then who cancelled it ?? Here's a screenshot of it I'm attaching below... Please take a look at it...
