Ecom Express — Ecom Express Not receiving my order due to not receiving OTP

My order not delivered because of OTP issue. As delivery boy informed, OTP already sent to registered mobile number but i did not received. Please solve this issue as soon. Some times we are waiting for order for urgent cases but we cannot get because OTP missing. Please also use alternative way to send the OTP also to Email.

Order Status - not delivered.
Item Status - Very urgent.
