I have ordered a product 24-Jan-2022 (Delivery partner: ECOM Express, AWB- [protected]). The product came to my city Jamshedpur on 26th Jan. Then I received a sms that the product is 'Out for Delivery' on 27th Jan and after few hours received one automated call from +[protected]Date:[protected], time 15:57hrs; Date:[protected], time: 16:03 hrs; Date:[protected], time: 18:38hrs) and followed by sms that the product could not be delivered as the 'customer was not available'. This whole incident happned repeatedly three time on three consecutive days: on 27, 28 and 29th Jan 2022. The product status is now showing as 'OFD lock placed' on 2:18 hrs on[protected].
I wish to state that--
1) I was available at my residence on 27, 28 and 29th Jan 2022. The delivery boy never came or never called me.
2) When I called back ([protected] followed by PIN number received through sms), the delivery person never ever picked up my call.
3) Then I called the Ecom Express customer care[protected],[protected]:10hrs) and got the address of their office in Sakchi, Jamshedpur. I visited the place and found that the office was closed long ago. They provided me a wrong address.
Ecom express is very unethical and unprofessional in customer service. They never called me or never visited my residence and still marked that the product could not be delivered as the customer is not available even though I was fully available at my residence on those days (27, 28, 29 Jan).
