I have ordered product on 23rd Aug 2021. The product is supposed to delivered by ecom express by 29th Aug 2021.I have not received my product till date. Initial it shows that delivery address is wrong while placing my order I have given the exact pincode and checked the availability of the product delivery, then only I have placed my order by giving the correct address. After tried calling the customer care raised multiple compliants on the same and asked me to wait for couple of days each and every time. Now the status showing me as "shipment RTO lock".
Note: After multiple calls to the customer care they confirmed that the product will deliver to the address. Now the status is showing RTO lock.
