I have ordered the product on 5th Aug 2022 and expected delivery date was 13th Aug 2022.
However, I have received the product on 13th Aug 2022 because if was in transit since 9th Aug 2022.
I have called Ecom Express and raise the complaint to delivery the product as soon as possible. As per them, Product was in the delivery location hub which is Ahmedabad.
They asked me to wait for 72 hours to resolve the complaint.
Today is 18th Aug 2022, still I have not received the product.
This is the worst ever service I have received from ecom express. I called them everyday for the update but they don't have any update from their side. Just one update when I called them for update that is the concern team is working on the same and will resolve the complaint.
Please don't play with the patient of the customer. And do work properly. Was this information helpful? |
