I have ordered a small and simple package from ecom express. Its been 15 days since i am continuously trying to contact the company for collecting some info. Everytime i call them i get to know that my product has been "misrouted". Not once, not twice, but **thrice**... Enough is enough...I have been raising complaints but no one is attending, and i live in a metropolitan city but still the order is not reaching my nearest delivery centre. Enough is enough...
