Ecom Express — Ecom Express shipment RTO lock [protected] | |||
This is regarding my shipment [protected]. Currently the shipment is in "Shipment RTO Lock". I called customer care and they told me that your office is locked. I am taking follow up almost from last 7 days. From 13th July - 18 July shipment in "Out For Delivery" state. I called multiple times to customer execute please delivery my product its impacting my business, but they only respond that sure it will deliver tomorrow but no luck. Even I tried to called delivery agent with assign pin in sms but it clearly says that invalid number. This is very irritating and ridiculous. Was this information helpful? | |||
