Awb number : [protected] Shipment status of of today 26-july-2020 is showing as rto lock after being kept in local delivery center for 5 days. No one tried to contact us regarding the shipment and the status is updated as rto lock which i understand that delivery attempted but customer is not available to get the package or customer door is locked which is totally not true.
