Ecom Express — ECOM is not returning my cancelled parcel back to the Seller

I have ordered a parcel from reebok and I have cancelled it. Now ECOM is trying to deliver me again and again and not returning back to seller as per policy, My order number is[protected] and ECOM tracking id is [protected].
