[Resolved] Ecom Express — ecom not picking reverse order and sending message first attempt call not picked | |||
My self is neeraj. I got the message fr ecom that in first attempt call not picked that is why reverse order order could not pickup while no call made from ecom side. This has been happened 5 times. Each time i called to ecom customer care and they update me that they will pick it up tomorrow at 12.00 o, clock. But nothing happened.
