Pathetic useless service by ecom express! My order was due about5-6 days ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. It shows next day delivery everyday and the agent calls me and asks my address everyday. As soon as I tell him the location he cancels the order and submits “order cancelled by customer “ This has been going on from the past five days straight and now OFD lock is applied.
