Ecom Express — Ecomexpress not delivering the product and Reporting false claims

I have ordered 6 products in shopee and it was to be delivered by ecomexpress.But the when the product reached the nearest delivery hub SHORNUR.It is showing that the customer refuse to accept the order with out calling me or making any Sms.When i complaint it in ecomexpress.the next day delivery they wrote customer requested for the future delivery and so on.the product reached on 13 feb 2022.i made many complaint but not resolved.my AWN Number is [protected]. please resolve the issue i need my product.My other 5 products also have the same issue.please take action against the SHORNUR ecomexpress agency.The other AWN number are
