I have placed a exchange request in meesho app on[protected] and on[protected] ecom express delivery boy has collected the same at 12:50pm (Tracking ID:[protected]) and haven't received any receipt/message from your side.
I have contacted ecom express and the executive have rasied a complaint against it.
But the complaint was still in process from more than a month.
So I unable to receive either exchanged product nor my money. Was this information helpful? |
