Ecom Express — Executive talking rudely and not coming during his slot assigned | |
The complaint is with regards to one of the executive name Yatin who was assigned to do a Paytm KYC at my house. From past 3 days I have been following up with the agent to complete the process. He was very rude and asking me to cancel the ticket and raise a new one. I would like to bring this to the company notice that strict actions should be taken at such agents.
