[Resolved] Ecom Express — failed delivery for awb# [protected] | |||
Ecom express awb [protected], failed to delivery the product, on monday (08.04.2019). I got the call from executive saying that coming in 10 mins but still now no responses from the delivery boy, even they are not attempting delivery but at end of the day, i am getting a message that customer refused to accept or shipment un-delivered - consignee requested for future delivery. When i am not getting the call from the delivery boy how can i refuse or request you for future delivery, what the hell, even i called the customer service, but no responses, also i called the delivery boy giving rude answer, when i call incharge of ecom express in my local area mr. Vekateshwar rao mob [protected], his phone will be also in switched off. Ecom express always lies the customers, worst service. # are maintaining this courier company.
