My AWB number is [protected] it was out for delivery on 13th October but in the evening i got a message that i refused to receive the package but there was no attempt or even a call to ask me about delivery. Then i tried to call on their customer care but its also fake they just end by saying "Exceed attempted of worng key" even when i try only once. Worst courier service previously also i gut these problem and now again.
