Ecom Express — fake update in tracking and finally not delivering the product

Hi

I have a product from naptol and vendor is ecom express.

2 times naptol try to send a courier hence two times i did not received my product.

Here what i observed while tracking, ecom staf[censored]pdating fake details like
Consinee not avalialable or requested for future delivery.
I not even get a single call from them.

How can we take an action on them. We need to punish them, with fake courir service
