Ecom Express — false claim that the consignee refused to hand over the parcel

I have two defective orders from a shopping website that needs to be returned to the brand to process the refund. They have assigned ecom express as the delivery partner. Ecom express has failed to contact me and claims that i have refused to hand over the parcel at the time of pick. The pick up boy didn't even visit me so how can he make such false claim? This company sucks and should be banned. Every time i call them they make false promises. I raised complaint on 19th june and they said it will be resolved in 24-48 hours but they didn't do anything.
