Parcel arrived at local delivery centre: 11th March 2022 (from 11th March to 24th March, it was at the same place)
Issue: No movement in the parcel status for so many days, then after so many complaints on call, email, social media. Every time I got the same commitment that your issue is escalated and wait for 72 hours, you'll receive your parcel.
In last they say, your parcel will be not delivered because RTO lock is applied on your parcel, as it was sent on the wrong route by ECOM.
First complaint raised: 19th March 2022 (Ecom Support: [protected])
Out for Delivery: 24th March 2022
Parcel not delivered because the parcel was sent on the wrong route by Ecom.
RTO lock applied on 25th March 2022
Solution: Revoke the RTO lock and request to deliver the parcel as soon as possible. I need my order.
