Issue : reverse pickup is not completed, Aib number :[protected], Reverse pickup has not been completed nor your executive tried to contact me on my number [protected] neither he came to my address to pickup since 25th january 2020. Yet he/she is updating that i was not reachable. Nobody came to pickup yet they are your executive is updating that i was not reachable. My phone is on [protected] and my security maintains the record of who tried to enter the society gate. You executive is not coming to pickup the product. Kindly check and get this resolved asap.
