In tumkur this service is worst they don't call or receive the call for pickup the item so please change the service boys they won't care for customers problems they give wrong reason and don't pickup the item i called them so many times they don't respond even single time and they don't give the contact number we only go there and gave back the item this was inconvenient for me so please solve my problem

I ordered a realme 2 pro on flipkart and it is supposed to be delivered via Ecom express.
On 13th they called me and said it cannot be delivered today and a couple of hours later I received a message saying the product is delivered.
The product is not delivered.
